Vlahovac (36%) is a famous aperitif with an extremely bitter taste. It is prepared according to the original recipe from the second half of the 19th century, from macerate of several kinds of selected balmy plants and aromatic herbs. Vlahovac was named after Romano Vlahov - the owner of a liqueur distillery in Zadar.
